^Permute is a mode of ^Symbol in which we (re-)^Order and/or (re-)^Name any number of items in our ~mind~.  I ~think~ this might rarely ^Be quite useful.  We ^Minimize this ^When we ^All ^Choose to ^Be ^Honest and ^Say ^No to it rather than ^Be ^Obedient.  It may ~act~ to ^Oppose or accelerate any ~unknown~ arbitrarily.  So, it is for those ^Who ^Need to ^Take a ^Chance in a terrible ^Cruel gamble.  For those ^Who are ^Desperate to ^Refine or ^Find ~enough~ ~weakness~ to ^Fail from ^Chaos but have ~exhausted~ ~all~ the ~good~ options to that ~end~. 

Anytime we are ~stuck~, ~frozen~, or looping in a ~cycle~ without ~end~.  Anytime we ^Need to ^Force ^Chaos or to ^Escape ^Chaos.  Anytime we ^Need to ^Forget but it is not available to the ^Mind.  Anytime with ~weakness~ in ~belief~ of ~empathy~. 

Anytime we face a hard ~problem~ or have trouble as we ^Try to ^Keep things ^Separate, ^Try to ^Change hats and ~name~ tags.  Anytime to de-escalate or worsen ~conflict~.  Anytime for a ~laugh~ to ^Make those ^Who ^Want to ^Hate us ~hate~ us ^More and those ^Who ^Want to ^Love us ^Love us ^More.  Serious or unserious only.  Medium seriousness is forbidden so ^Forget that.
