^Undo is a ~healthy~ mode to reverse the effects of (usually) recent activities ^When we cannot ^Receive their ~results~ in ~gratitude~.  For our ~mistakes~.  It is ^No trouble for a ~healthy~ ^Mind to ^Give ^Space to ^Make or ^Repair a ^Mistake yet ^Be in ~minimum~ ^Care of it.  For ~example~, ^When we ^Let ourselves ^Feel after we ^Act, we can ^Recognize ^When to ^Undo ^What we ^Choose.

Anytime we ^Fail.  Anytime we ^Need to ^Choose ^Again, to ^Trust ^Again, to ^Care ^Again, etc.
