Subject

Mental-Emotional-Self Healing is a ~way~ to ^Discern our ~need~ for ~betterment~!  Each ^Emotion is a clue that it is time to ^Help or ^Tend one or ~more~ concerns in a ~family~ of needs.  ^When we ^Tackle a ^Need, we ^Want to do so in ~harmony~ to its ~family~.  We don't ^Want to ^Mask the ~signal~ of one ~need~ as we ^Satisfy another in the same ~family~.  For ourselves, we ^Focus on the ^Family and then ^Let our ~intuition~ ^Attend to our ~lack~ or ~excess~.

^When we have a ~weakness~ in ~motivation~ of a ~principal~ ~mode~, we ^Turn instead to ^Use its basic ~emotion~ as ~source~ of ~motivation~.  ^When we ^Maintain ~duality~ of ~motivation~ in a ~principal~ ~mode~, we ^Minimize its basic ~emotion~ and we ^Temper the basic ~emotion~ of the ~opposite~ ~principal~ ~mode~ within the same ~phase~.  ^When we have ^Strength of ~motivation~ of a ~principal~ ~mode~ but ^Lack ~mutual~ ~strength~ in ~balance~ (as we ^Favor one ^Motivator over the other), we ^Maximize its basic ~emotion~.

Target

For others and as a ^Buddy, we ^Attend to the basics to ^Maintain our ^Connection yet ^Keep ourselves in ~harmony~ to the larger ~wrestle~.  ^Attend to the ~signal~ ~first~, and then all else in ~fit~. 

Other basic needs are ^Free, so a ~buddy~ may ^Help or ^Tend it in ~relation~ to our suffering or in ~simple~ ^Respect.  We may ^Attend to ^Provide our ^Own basic needs also, for sake of ~freedom~ or ~survival~ or ^When we ^Consider in ~care~ to ^Act on behalf of our ^Buddy ^Who does not ^Hold ^Guilt for our ~lack~ yet ^Who we would have trouble to ^Forgive otherwise. 

^Look; just ^Try to have a ^Buddy: even just to ^Imagine one or ^Believe in one is ^Better I ^Think.  I do not ^Want you ~stuck~ in a ~habit~ to ^Drown in ^Drink nor to ^Answer every ^Fear with ^More ^Food.  ^Okay?  I ^Cry to ^Say it for I ^Love you.  We cannot ~always~ have our ~full~ ~independence~, so in that ~light~ have a ~buddy~ for the ~rest~.
