Subject

Mental-Emotional-Self Healing is a ~mechanism~ to ^Discern our ~need~ for ~betterment~!  Each ~emotion~ is a clue that it is time to ^Help or ^Tend a ~worry~ or ~concern~ in a ~family~ of needs.  ^When we ^Tackle a ~need~, we ^Want to ^Tune our ~mind~ toward its ~family~.  We don't ^Want to ^Disguise the ~signal~ of ^One ~need~ while we ^Satisfy another in the same ~family~.  For ourselves, we ^Focus on the ~family~ and then ^Let our ~intuition~ ^Attend to our ~lack~ or ~excess~.

Other ^Simple needs are ~free~, so a ~buddy~ may ^Help or ^Tend it in ~relation~ to our suffering or in ^Simple ~respect~.  We may ^Attend to ^Provide our ^Own ^Simple needs also, for sake of ~freedom~ or ~survival~ or ^When we ^Consider in ~care~ to ^Act on behalf of our ~buddy~.
