Annotate

  1. ^Tend to ^Think, ^Feel and ^Act in ~balance~.
  2. ^Name-or-express ^How we ^Care.  For any context we may ^Explore it in its ^Parts:
    1. ^Recognize ^How we ^Think.
    2. ^Identify ^How we ^Feel.
    3. ^Express ^How we ^Act.

Subject

^Mind is a mode of ^Mind to ^Discover our ~mind~.  ^When we ^Work with our ~mind~, we ^Want to ^Explore ^How we ^Think, ^Feel and ^Act in ~balance~.

In any context, we may ^Evaluate ^How we may ^Tend to ^Feel, ^Act and ^Think.  This is the FAT ^Model of the ^Mind.  We ^All have minds that ^Need to ^Heal.  ^Exercise this ~model~ ^Regularly to ^Help ourselves and to ^Share ^Progress with others.

^Imagine that we ^Need to ^Heal the tiniest ~part~ of our ^Mind.  This ~model~ is the one that is small ~enough~ to ^Fit yet ~still~ ~work~.  Those are some tiny folds in our brain and so many!  ^Imagine the biggest ^MESS we can ^Make of ourselves.  This ~model~ is general ~enough~ to tackle that also.

Target

Anytime we ^Start to ^Work with our ~mind~ or that of others, ~immediately~ ^Consider its ~parts~.  For a ~problem~ of any size.
