    2. ^Check for hydration to induce urination with consistent frequency, clear color and copious amount. 
  2. ^Limit alcohol or any other ~source~ of dehydration. 
  3. For ~lack~ of ~thirst~ despite insufficiency, ~swap~ ~water~ for a ~drink~ with ~moderate~ sweetness and salt or ~nourish~ with ~more~ fruit and vegetables.
