Modes of ^Progress
Modes of ^Progress are ^How we ^Measure, ^Feel or verify ^How we ^Progress in ~life~. As with any mode that affects ^How we ^Feel, we may ^Identify it and ^Take ~steps~ to ^Annotate its ^Prudent usage. ^When we ^Identify, ^Change or ^Moderate our ~sense~ of ^Progress, it can ^Benefit us affectively, as is ~found~ in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
We get so ~busy~ in ~life~ or so caught up in things yet it is important to understand ^How we ^Measure or ^Mark our ~own~ ~progress~. The modes of ^Progress include ^More, ^Less, ^Wait, ^Reward, ^Win-or-lose, ^Share or ^Perfect.
These modes are universal and necessary in ~moderation~ with ~one-another~ and ^Connect deeply to our ~sense~ of ~satiety~. Our ~habit~ for them may ^Vary contextually (as with anything) although it may ^Feel as though we have a universal ~default~.
In each chapter, we ~all~ may ^Look for ^What are our ^Default or ~alternative~ modes. Or ^What we or others ^Prefer in certain situations. Or ^What might ^Improve our current ~habit~ for it. ^When I do that, I ~learn~ something about myself too!
