   4. ^Family and ~one-another~. 
   5. Ourselves and others. 
3. ^Let each ^Choose each time by ^Consent ^How to ^Participate in it. 
   1. ^Share an ^Agenda. 
4. In ~privacy~, we ^Ask ourselves to ^Explore (such as by ^Concept) our ~parts~ in it ~individually~, and to ^Magnify our personal view of the whole of it. 
5. ^Refuse to ^Share in ~full~ ^Now so sufficient ~strength~ is available for it. 
6. ^Schedule to ^Speak or ^Connect in ~respect~ and then ^Trust the ~results~. 

^Counsel is a mode of ^Cooperate in which we ^Act to ^Try to ^Anticipate and then ^Try to ^Explore with others.  Our wrestle in ~privacy~ to transfer ~knowledge~ from our ~mind~ may ^Yield the most fruit ^Now for it may ^Show ^Where we ^Need to ^Explore and it may ^Give us ~momentum~ for ^What we already can do for ourselves.  That said, we do not ^Want to cheat ourselves or others on our ~chance~ to ^Help by ~counsel~. 

^Counsel will ^Magnify distortions and will ^Limit ~results~ ^When it is not done in ~respect~.  ^Choose to ^Refuse to ^Participate in (dis-)~respectful~ ~counsel~.  ^Chastise (dis-)~respectful~ behavior or ~end~ ~counsel~ to ^Avoid a ~needless~ ~MESS~ of distortions that it may ^Create.  But we may ^Choose to ^Respect ~counsel~ and ^Trust the ^Result inasmuch as we ~all~ continually ^Give ^Respect to every ^Mind that we may affect by it. 

Anytime we have a hard ~problem~.  Anytime we ^Want to ^Try to assemble with others ^Who ^Commit to ^Help, ^Who have expertise like our ~own~ or ^Who have ~knowledge~ beyond our ~own~ necessary to the task.  Anytime our actions ^Relate closely to a ~foundation~ of our ~family~ or to that of others.  ^Always ^Know ^When next to ^Counsel because we ^Need it ^Regularly.
