^Focus is a mode of ^Balance that is ~singular~ in nature with ^Maximum ~efficiency~ to its ^Own ~purpose~.  ^When we ^Need to ^Busy ^One ~part~ of our ~mind~, we ^Need ~dormancy~ elsewhere so that we can ^Discern its ~parts~.  Our ~feelings~ of ~peace~ and ~quiet~ may ^Lead us to ^Increase it. 

Target

Anytime we ^Need to ^Reduce ~noise~ for ^More ~clarity~ and ~efficiency~ of ~mind~.
