^Signal ~focus~

Figure

A mind in concept surrounded by three items and only one in front is the focus.

Annotate

  1. ^Avoid or ^Hide from distractions.
  2. ^Decide to have only one ~mode~ ^Remain active within a ~partition~, usually:
    1. to ^Trust, to ^Choose and to ^Care.
    2. to ^Feel, to ^Act and to ^Think.
    3. into our ^Conscious ~self~, our ~subconscious~ and our ~relation~ with others.
  3. The remaining ~mode~ is our ~focus~.

Subject

^Focus is a mode of ^Balance that is singular in nature and most efficient to its ~own~ ^Purpose.  ^When we ^Need to ^Busy a single aspect of our ~mind~, we ^Need to ^Quiet the other ones so that we can ^Discern its ~parts~ which may ^Lead to further ^Focus.

Target

Anytime we ^Need to ^Reduce ~noise~ for additional clarity and efficiency of ^Mind.
